Maurine Dawson Grisso : Maurine, who for over 2 decades was a Motion Picture/Television Actress, Motivational Speaker, College Educator and Curriculum Writer, now has a powerhouse Real Estate Career. She started her real estate career in 1984 and within two years, she purchased her own Help-U-Sell real estate office in Santa Rosa. Her phenomenal success in real estate is the result of 23 years of hard work, including earning a Bachelor’s degree in real estate, and working with real estate’s premier trainer, Floyd Wickman. Her numerous achievements include being named Sacramento’s 2004 Business Woman of the Year and being honored by her colleagues at the Help-U-Sell Real Estate national convention with the prestigious Don Taylor Award. She has published numerous articles and acted as a real estate expert on KFTY TV 50’s “Ask the Experts.” She is also the editor of a monthly magazine, “In the Neighborhood”. Maurine has also been in the Help-U-Sell President’s Club for numerous years and first in the nation for Help-U-Sell. Her office has its own successes, including being a Pinnacle Award Office for more than a decade.
